Photo and Video Requests
Emory Photo Video has created a collection of photos and video clips reels for Emory communicators to use on their websites, social media, printed materials, and promotional campaigns that includes the most popular stock visuals. The images are housed on PhotoShelter, which is a searchable digital asset management system for faculty and staff.
Steps to access the photos and videos:
- Create a free PhotoShelter account.
- Once you’ve created an account, email Hallie Edwards.Please include email address you registered with PhotoShelter. She will then give you access and permissions to download visual.
- Bookmark the PhotoShelter link to have continued access.
Take note:
- Not all images reside in PhotoShelter at this time.
- The person/school/unit that is downloading the images will be responsible for any appropriate approvals for use of the photos, including as it pertains to COVID-19 protocols for published imagery.
- These images are for editorial use only.
- If you plan to use these images in any form of advertising or commercial use, please contact EPV first as there may be licensing issues that need to be addressed.
- Requests are fulfilled in a first-come, first-serve basis.
Emory University photos shot prior to 1985 are managed by the university archivist in the Stuart A. Rose Manuscript, Archives, and Rare Book Library.
